Key Qualifications
- You will have extensive International experience and expertise from a TV/SVOD Business Affairs department and ideally a background from a media/entertainment law firm
- You will ideally have a deep knowledge and expertise of UK, pan European and global TV/SVOD transactions including network licensing, co-productions, development and talent deals, IP acquisition/chain-of-title and contingent compensation structures.
- Strong familiarity with European regulatory requirements/frameworks
- Strong familiarity with European and UK guild agreements and production budgets for series produced in the UK, France and/or Germany.
- Excellent analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills, including the ability to successfully work with a range of personalities and styles.
- You will be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment where ambiguity is embraced.
- You’ll have strong industry current relationships and in-depth negotiation and drafting experience.
Education & Experience
Preferred but not essential. a degree or equivalent professional qualification
Additional Requirements
- English fluency is essential. A preference for a 2nd fluent European language.
- This role is based in our amazing new Battersea Power Station Apple HQ.
- Some International travel
