Service Delivery
- Coordinate and collaborate with the Security and Travel Intelligence Center (STIC) team members in Gurgaon, Kochi, Manila and other stakeholders for seamless service delivery
- Assist in proactive monitoring activities for incident management and business continuity
- Participate in crisis management training and discussions as requested
- Collaborate with key personnel from functions such as Security, Technology, Facility and Admin, Talent team and other relevant teams
- Assist in the preparation of reports as necessary on tools like Power BI, advanced Excel etc. (situation report, risk assessments, test plans, etc.)
- Assist global leaders in response and recovery activities during business interruption events
- High availability required due to nature of role
- Perform other duties, as assigned
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Total work Experience of 4 to 5 years with hands on experience
- Prior experience of working in a contact center is preferred.
- Master’s degree from a reputed college
- Exhibits flexibility and self-confidence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with attention to detail
- Effective organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to maintain accurate and confidential records and information
- Data analysis, data representation and dashboard reporting
- Strong logical and reasoning skills
- Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Candidate should be willing to work in a multi-shift 24 x 7 environment
- Candidate should be willing to work in a flexible week off setup

- Experience in MS office suites like Microsoft 365, MS excel, PowerPoint
