What a typical day looks like:

• Act as a standardization(process&equipment)agent, make sure we move towards ONE FLEX
• Work as a change agent and drive lean and six sigma activities as defined in the GBE A3.
• Applying and deploying FLEX FUTURE FACTORY across the entire organization.
• Responsible for eliminating waste and creating value by reducing variation in the processes to achieve sustainable results throughout the organization and segment.
• Utilize Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques, initiate process improvements, cycle time reductions, cost reductions and other activities aimed at reducing/eliminating non-value-added activities in the process.
• Drive and yokoten the identified Best practices based on the agreed timelines.
• Create and validate processes/standards based on standard work and BPs.
• Actively participate in the selection and executions of lean and six sigma projects.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Previous experiences in process improvement
• Continuous Improvement toolset knowledge: lean and six sigma
• Lean and Six Sigma certification is preferred (Green belt, Black belt)
• Can working with various stakeholders
• Clear and concise communication, being able to influence without formal managerial authority
• Readiness to travel
• Confident, negotiation level of English (verbal and written) and Hungarian language knowledge
