- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of consumer product design experience with a focus on visual and motion design.
- Experience managing projects involving cross-functional and cross-team stakeholder groups.
- Experience in one or more of the following disciplines: illustration, animation, motion graphics, creative direction, prototyping.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- 2 years of experience leading design projects.
- Demonstrated ability to design, create, and implement animations using After Effects, including optimization for web and mobile using Lottie.
