Job Function

• Develop driver/HAL of new display modules on Qualcomm chipsets with good stability and quality delivery.

• Enable display functions on new Qualcomm chipsets in close coordination with the various internal/international technology teams.

Skills/Experience

• Strong C/C++ programming skills.

• Experience with embedded systems including compiling, loading, executing, and debugging firmware images.

• Familiar with display interfaces and technologies, MIPI DSI, HDMI, DP.

• Familiar with Linux kernel and device driver.

• Familiar with Android/Linux display software stack.

• The experience working on Qualcomm platforms is a plus,

Responsibilities

• Bringup, debug and improve the performance of existing Display driver and display software.

• Issue triage to identify problems and develop investigation strategies.

• Work on display features. Help to design the work flow, implement code, verify the functionality, and release the software.

• Follow established software processes and procedures and contribute towards ever improving software quality.

• Coordinate with internal/international technology teams about issue fixes and solutions

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or computer Engineering.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.

PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

• 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
