Job Responsibilities

  • Optimize the affluent leads strategy across sales channels to drive growth for CPC and JPMPC, in partnership with sales strategy and data & analytics leads in each channel
  • Inform the client assignment strategy across sales channels to ensure a seamless client/banker experience and deepen relationships, collaborating with sales strategy and data & analytics leads
  • Drive cross-channel journey discussions to reduce friction and guide clients to channels that best meet their needs
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate wealth management deepening in partnership with Wealth Management and sales channel partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client and banker experiences that drive growth
  • Monitor and assess the impact of growth initiatives on business performance
  • Lead ad hoc strategic initiatives to drive growth and deliver seamless banker and client experience across products, sales channels and line of businesses as needed

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product or sales strategy within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies in a retail banking environment
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively problem-solve in partnership with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making with strong thought leadership and relationship management skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, deliver results in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing conditions

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • MBA degree preferred
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
