The Area Security Specialist for the South Florida region will support branches in the southeast and southwest areas of Florida. Travel within these areas is mandatory; primarily day time site visits to banking center within this portfolio. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering professional customer service and committed to executing the following:
- High interaction with branch employees
- Conduct site and risk assessment, and interpret data to prescribe appropriate security measures
- Manage guard force in territory of assignment in adherence to post orders and budget
- Thoroughly investigate security incidents, and provide relevant documentation of incidents
- Provide client support via security guidance and training
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies
- Provide support outside regular working hours and must possess cellular phone with capability to support JPMC sponsored software
- Approximately 50% travel within region; some overnight travel
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in related field with 3+ years relevant physical security experience
- Experience in performing risk assessments and interpreting data
- Write and communicate effectively; detail and delivery oriented
- Think analytically and critically; problem solver
- Self-motivated multitasker who requires minimal supervision
- Ability to organize tasks according to urgency and deadline
- Proficiency with MS Office suite
