Your role:
As the Senior Architect, you'll define and drive the architecture for Workspots, enabling seamless operation of medical applications across multiple users and workstations.
The Workspots of an IGT Imaging system consists of mouse/keyboard/display combinations, touchscreen/tablets, flexible videowall solutions connected through an advanced video distribution infrastructure. In a single intervention lab 20+ video sources can be displayed simultaneously and with a fixed low latency.
The enabling Hardware infrastructure and IGT Imaging system comprises cabinets, cabling, power supply and distribution solutions, workstation PCs and networking infrastructure such as switches and firewalls.
You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to translate vision and strategy into tangible reference architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and work with strategic technology partner.
Key responsibilities include initiating and overseeing the realization of reference architectures through platform and product development, emphasizing reusability and productivity.

You possess an MSc/PhD in electronics or software engineering, coupled with over 10 years of experience in product development.
Your expertise includes digital electronics, with a strong understanding of computers, video composition, networks, and displays
You have a solid grasp of electronics and mechanics, with a keen awareness of EMC and safety considerations in complex systems.
You demonstrate a passion for collaborative teamwork and thrive in a dynamic, cross-site environment, driving innovation and delivering results.
You have knowledge of applicable medical standard like IEC-60601.
