You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. Logical access to the AWS GovCloud region will be restricted to Amazon employees who are U.S. Citizens. (GovCloud may NOT be accessed from outside of the United States)
Key job responsibilities
These activities include the following:* Lifting and moving material up to 40 pounds each
* Working in cramped and/or elevated locations
* Bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching
* Standing and walking for up to 8+ hours a day
* Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and gangways safely and without limitation
* Work in an industrial environment
* Work shifts longer than 8 hours to support 24/7 operations (covering both night and day shifts).

- 1+ years of computer networking experience
- 1+ years of Linux operating systems experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in computer networking
- Experience working with Linux operating systems
- Can lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds
- Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
