Responsibilities:

  • Deliver world-class user experiences to customers in collaboration with architects, UX designers, and product managers
  • Design, code, test, and develop features with good quality, maintainability, and end to end ownership
  • Build cross-platform reusable components for faster shipping with a higher level of quality and consistency
  • Collaborate with non-data stakeholders to understand their requirements with a high focus on delivery.
  • Desire to test and change the status quo and innovate.
  • Promote engineering excellence and best practices within the team, ensuring quality and continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • About 10 to 12 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing more than one business intelligence products.
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Power BI development and building models.
  • Great dashboarding capabilities is required.
  • Experience in Power Apps is preferred.
  • Exposure to implement row level security on the Power BI report.
  • Expertise in writing and optimizing DAX queries, Power Queries is preferred.
  • Understanding & knowledge of Python and Data warehouse concepts.
  • Proficiency in building Symantec layer well in business intelligence space.
  • Proficiency in writing and tuning SQL queries MPP databases such as MemSQL/Snowflake/Redshift/Teradata/Spark platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and managing Powe BI in one of these platform is desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of CI/CD process
  • Expertise on data warehousing concepts and different schema types.
