HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• Participate in the governance and operation of DO Service Governance
• Carry out statistics and analysis on DO's service-related data, and provide necessary data basis for service governance managers
• Assist in writing DO business service analysis reports
• Assist in the governance and optimization of DO's each business services process.
• Assist in the analysis of major incidents and the oversight of continuous improvement plans.

Qualifications:

• Computer/e-commerce related majors, those familiar with data analysis/information management theory knowledge are preferred
• Currently studying in the second year/third year/first or second year of graduate school
• CET-6 or above in English, proficient in reading and writing English documents, and proficient in Excel/PowerPoint are preferred
