Your Impact in Role
As an Account Executive, you'll be instrumental in expanding our premium restaurant selection by:
- Strategic Portfolio Management & Lead Generation: Identifying, prioritising, and nurturing our highest quality lead score restaurants and national brands across New Zealand.
- End-to-End Sales Cycle Ownership: Driving the entire sales process from initial outreach, discovery, and pitching to successful onboarding and launch.
- Complex Negotiation: Masterfully negotiating intricate commercial and legal terms with high-value enterprise partners.
- Expert Objection Handling: Skillfully navigating challenges and overcoming objections to secure valuable partnerships.
- Deep Relationship Building: Cultivating and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders at national brand and enterprise level.
- Leadership Contribution: Work closely with the Sales Manager, contributing to team strategy, initiatives, and potentially mentoring peers.
The Experience You'll Bring
- A proven track record of success in end-to-end B2B enterprise sales, preferably within tech, SaaS, food delivery, or a high-growth environment.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently at an executive level.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and driving deals to close.
- Strong relationship-building capabilities and a consultative sales approach.
- A strategic mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
- Demonstrated leadership traits and a desire to contribute beyond individual sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales experience (SDR / BDR / AE)
- Passion for hospitality and restaurant industry
