As a Senior Lead Product Manager in the Global Merchant Lending Product team, you will be defining, owning, managing and scaling our loan products for merchants. You’ll drive and execute the vision and roadmap for our Merchant Lending products that help Merchants grow and run their business. You’ll be the point person for your domain, balancing customer desires, business goals, legal/compliance, growth, and monetization considerations.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Drives product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders consistent with the shared vision for the product.
  • Plans and implements the architectural roadmap that balances innovative design and technical implementation, while balancing regulatory requirements, time-to-market, meeting customer needs and product profitability.
  • Assesses the customer experience and customer needs in product requirements and decision making.
  • Sets up data gathering mechanisms relative to the metrics that inform the success of products including usability studies, research and market analysis.
  • Leads workstreams to include analytics, customer discovery, market research and competitive analysis to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversees product profitability measures, including budget.
  • Plans operational mechanisms that drive execution and accountability including Product Reviews, Operating Reviews, and Business Reviews. Interfaces with product leadership as needed.
  • Partners with content strategists, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers.
  • Maximizes efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the standard.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Extensive Product Management Experience: 8+ years managing consumer-facing products for web and/or mobile platforms.

  • Proven Product Launch Success: Demonstrated track record of delivering high-impact, successful products to market across both web and mobile channels.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled in leveraging data, analytics, and insights to shape product hypotheses, validate assumptions, and guide strategic decisions.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to influence, align, and drive action across diverse teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong empathy for user needs, with a commitment to building products that deliver exceptional customer value.

  • User Experience Expertise: Experience designing simple, intuitive, and engaging user interfaces that enhance usability and satisfaction.

  • Design Acumen: Keen eye for visual design, attention to detail, and a passion for creating aesthetically appealing digital experiences.

  • Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Experience in Lending, Banking, or Consumer Financial Services—ideally with exposure to Small Business solutions.
