What you'll be doing:
Serve as a subject matter authority for deemed export
Improve internal export compliance processes and procedures
Develop technology solutions within HRIS and IT systems
Stay up to date on regulatory changes and best practices
Deliver internal Deemed Export training
Partner with internal legal teams and external vendors
Build internal guidelines, procedures, and communication for compliance programs
Assist with adjacent HR Compliance programs as needed
What we need to see:
4+ years of HR/Compliance experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm and confidentiality
Effective teamwork, co-operation, and communication skills
