Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all commissioning activities
- Main point of contact for the client for all commissioning activities, including BAS
- Liaison between the Commissioning Agent and the Project Manager
- Liaison between the Commissioning Agent and the client
- Track energy and commissioning matrices
- Drawing and specification review
- Review commissioning plan
- Perform site observations, submittal reviews, review RFIs, review TAB reports
- Responsible for maintaining Jacobs’ relationship with the client
Here's what you'll need
- BS/BA in Construction, Engineering OR related work experience in lieu of education
- 10+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in an Engineering, Environmental, or Construction organization
- Healthcare building construction experience is imperative
- Strong working knowledge of the commissioning process, building automation system components and technology, schedule adherence, and client relationship building
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
- Professional Engineer license
