• Drive Data & Analytics Maturity: Lead the charge in evolving our data and analytics capabilities within Production Management. You will champion the adoption of next-generation analytics, moving beyond descriptive and diagnostic analysis towards predictive and prescriptive insights.

Essential:

• Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

• Strong data analysis and visualization skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite

Desirable:

• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles

• Proficiency in Python

• Project management experience

• Familiarity with AI/Emerging Technologies

• Production support experience

• Statistical analysis expertise

• Process re-engineering experience

• Business analysis skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
