• You have experience delivering seller-facing marketplace products.

• You have experience in Retail or DTC e-commerce operations.

• You have experience working with complex data, understanding insights and dashboards.

• You have a strong bias for action, moving the team towards delivery complex products on time.

• You have an analytical mindset for solving the most impactful customer and seller issues.

• You have a growth mindset for expanding the scope and building strong teams of Product Managers.

• You are a strong cross-functional collaborator with business, design, engineering, etc.

• You are customer-centric in spirit and in execution.

• You are comfortable influencing others, leading teams, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from. leadership, and communicating clearly.

• You have experience leading a product team.

Preferred Experience

• You have experience delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them -- and you are deeply proud of what you have accomplished. If you have experience in building products or features that drive seller growth in an eCommerce capacity, that is right up our alley.

• Data chops: You find a way to get the data you need and whip it into an insightful story. You can partner with Data Science to translate complex models to simple and compelling product experiences.

• Technical chops: You possess the technical familiarity and/or expertise to closely collaborate with engineering on technical architecture, solution design, and requirements and scope tradeoffs.

• Strategic:

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 11 years’ experience in product management or related area.
