Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and lead overall staffing needs, prioritisation and production strategy.
Ensure top-tier ongoing support and guidance to Hosts, empowering them to succeed and thrive on the platform while upholding Airbnb’s standards of excellence.
Develop long-term retention strategies for Experiences in the region.
Partner with our Sourcing and other regional Production teams to drive Production success globally.
Establish and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders in Product, Design, and others.
Your Expertise:
12+ years experience overseeing creative production for complex physical immersive entertainment, experiential, and/or hospitality projects, from concept through delivery
Deep knowledge of industry (entertainment and hospitality) trends relative to production capabilities, how to build and execute complex projects on multiple platforms and with multiple stakeholders.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a commitment to delivering exceptional concepts.
Obsessed with detail with a keen eye for design, a knack for problem-solving and a relentless pursuit of groundbreaking concepts.
Consumer-centric mindset and evidence of delivering world class product/service for a renowned brand.
Experience with management outside vendors to execute on technical, creative, and live events and presentations.
Ability to create and drive schedules, budgets, scope documents, deliverables and staffing needs for project teams.
