Job Posting: Senior – Payroll Operate Services (US SAP System Support)

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead US SAP Employee Central Payroll system support for client payroll operations.
  • Manage US SAP release notes and HRSP upgrades, including planning, testing, and implementation.
  • Develop and execute test plans for system changes and enhancements.
  • Own and manage SAP support tickets, working directly with SAP to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with SAP Technology and Basis Teams to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
  • Support payroll system setup, data migration, and client transitions.
  • Provide advisory support on payroll system functionality and configuration.
  • Contribute to EY’s methodology and framework for payroll system operations.
  • Perform adhoc reporting and other duties as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience with US SAP Employee Central Payroll, including system configuration and support.
  • Strong understanding of US SAP HRSP (HR Support Packages) and release management.
  • Experience creating and executing test plans for SAP system changes.
  • Familiarity with SAP ticketing processes and escalation protocols.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with SAP Technology and Basis Teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Ability to lead, train, and collaborate with team members.
  • Payroll-related certification or diploma (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in tax accounting and finance (beneficial but not required).
