What will your job look like?
- Perform SI tests on components to validate reliability test flow including signal quality, jitter, crosstalk, and noise measurements.
- Use advanced test equipment such as oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and signal generators to conduct tests.
- Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive reliability testing and qualification protocols for silicone components.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of test data to identify performance trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and product specifications.
- Investigate and resolve any issues related to silicone component reliability and performance.
- Continuously stay updated on industry standards and Automotive best practices in silicone materials and testing methodologies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and quality.
All you need is:
- BSc in Electrical ENG, Materials Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 4 years of relevant experience in Si components testing and qualification.
- Strong knowledge of signal integrity concepts, including transmission lines, impedance, and noise analysis
- Proficiency in utilizing testing equipment and data analysis tools.
- Proficiency in using SI simulation tools such as Cadence Sigrity, Keysight ADS, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
