Team/Role Overview

• Control the banking operations environment with the highest accuracy and the most efficient way in the line with Operating Procedures
• Support Payment Operation Junior Analysts in managing their activities
• Communicate with other departments, including handling the email traffic
• Ensure transactions are processed efficiently, act as a SME (subject matter expert) and recommend process improvements
• Coordinate operational procedure creation and updates to ensure consistency with Citi Policies
• Issue and escalate identification, reporting and handling till the resolutions

What we will need from you

• University/College degree in Accounting/Finance (preferred)
• 3+ years of relevant experience in similar field
• Good interpersonal skills
• Organized approach
• Goal oriented and self-driven
• Exceptional candidates who do not meet these criteria may be considered for the role provided they have the necessary skills and experience
