solutions oriented anddeep domaindefine and deliver strategy across a range of core operations functions.  This role is aligned to the Regulatory Operations function - detailed knowledge andof Non-Financial Reg Reporting (“NFRR”) processes, systems and solutions is required.The role holder will use data analysis and analytics skills toNFRR trends and optimisation opportunities, measure performance, regulatory adherence, psuccess and to offer recommendations on process and risk redesign through predictive analytics.

is responsible foranalysis related to multiple strategic work efforts across Data & Regulatory Operations.  The role holder will:

  • Provide in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions and influence strategic functional

  • Contribute to data analytics standards around which others willoperate. Applies in-depth understanding of how data analytics collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to theobjectivesof the entire function

  • Resolve occasionally complex and highly variable issues. Produce detailed analysis of issues where the best course of action is notevidentfrom the information available, but actions must be recommended/ taken

  • Integrate subject matter and industryexpertisewithin NFRR

  • Manage multiple work streams across geographies for Data & Regulatory Operations

  • Day-to-day management of individual project responsibilities including milestone setting, taskand actions management,coordinationand execution of plan within required timelines and to stakeholder quality expectations

  • Apply knowledge of NFRR and Data concepts and procedures toidentifyprocess efficiency opportunities

  • data patterns & trends, and provides insights to enhance business decision making capability in business planning, process improvement, solution assessment etc.

  • Recommends actions for future developments & strategic business opportunities, as well as enhancements to operational policies

  • Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities

need from you:

  • Extensive experience indataanalysis roles, specifically within the NFRR domains

  • Experience using codes for statisticalmodelingof large data sets

  • Excellent analytical and practicalproblem solving

  • Experience in segmentation,modeling, and optimization

  • technologyand compliance, including those at senior levels

  • Ability to rationalize and work through organizational change. Proventrack recordin terms of evaluating process performance across key metrics and envisioning ways to reengineer the process to create significant improvement across all key variables

  • demonstratesclear and concise written and verbal communication

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the principles ofdataanalysis

  • Proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact by weighing various action plans and balancing potentially conflicting need

  • in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis
