What you'll do...

You’ll sweep us off our feet if...

• Demonstrate effective organization skills, discipline, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• You have experience in Supply Chain – specifically fulfillment, last mile, reverse logistics, or 3PL industries

• You are familiar with operational and product metrics, as well as SQL.

• Motivated by the challenge of delivering results within one of the world’s largest supply chains.

You’ll make an impact by...

• Developing feature strategies through user studies, A/B testing, or focus groups to drive product adoption and retention.

• Exhibiting end-to-end ownership of product segments within a roadmap to deliver features from ideation through customer research to full launch and rollout.

• Incorporating the voice of the customer in critical business and product decisions, strategies, and process changes.

• Defining, analyzing, and monitoring data for KPIs that provide insights into product performance and user experience to drive product insights and feature prioritization.
