As a Software Engineer II, you will take ownership of the development of new features for your team, working with cutting edge technologies and owning this process end to end. You will bring a customer centric approach with a curiosity and passion for continuous learning. About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Build, maintain, and release our well architected services by writing correct and clean code consistently and following best practices and conventions.

  • Participate in the design and planning of upcoming features. Our Engineers are first class stakeholders in all parts of the development process.

  • Partner with internal teams, such as UX and Product Management, who work deeply with our product to ensure we are understanding our customers needs.

  • Work towards developing a deep understanding of our products in order to best support our customers.

  • Work with Practice specific technologies.

The skills you’ll bring include:

  • 3+ years of experience as a software developer.

  • Hands-on experience with multi-threaded web applications.

  • An understanding of one or more languages preferably C# with a good knowledge of C++.

  • An understanding of Web Application development technologies such as .NET Core and ASP.NET.

  • A strong understanding of REST and API design principles.

  • A solid understanding of network protocols.

  • Desirable to have some system-level experience with Windows.

  • Some experience of Linux, Docker and Cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Kubernetes) highly beneficial.

  • Self-motivated, collaborative, high-energy and a customer centric work ethic.

  • Have a solid understanding of development practices such as DDD and TDD.
