Perform And Implement TCF Automated Intelligent System (AIS) Function For Continuous Improvement to achieve SQDCPME (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, Maintenance, and the Environment) objectives.

POSITION DETAILS

  • Attend all meetings laid out in the Process Technician Time and Data, as well as ad hoc meetings as per business requirements.
  • Deliver on assignments on time that are assigned during these meeting.
  • Implement new standards that are issued.
  • Confirm and maintain current standards that are in place.
  • Ensure team members are adhering to all the standards at all times.
  • Support issues raised by the teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage the changes in the area of responsibility
  • Understand and implement Engineering Changes to processes.
  • Understand MTC and verify the package, and assist with implementation in the area of responsibility.
  • Do a 1-hour start-up before production starts and validate all TCF and Body shop AIS Error proofing system and Connections are Green.
  • Configuration of online processes needed by Process Technicians and Process Coaches.
  • Understanding and feeding back error proofing issues: Use of Error Proofing website and feeding back to Lead Engineer.
  • First Line Support on addressing failures caused by AIS (Process Alignment).
  • Remove Faulty equipment from the line, and understand what is causing the fault.
  • Support the Constraints meeting by providing Root Causes and Interim Corrective Action (ICA)/ Permanent Corrective Action (PCA).
  • Set up AIS Components as spares, for quick reaction during breakdowns to improve reaction time.
  • Identify Daily improvements on the Error Proof system (Kaizens).
  • Identify Near Misses.
  • Support VOME on any new process changes that are error-proof related
