- Technical leadership of a software engineering team
- Interface to customers and 3rd party suppliers
- Responsible for assessments of software projects and mapping to Flex software capabilities
- Responsible for driving projects together with the team dealing with Power Electronics and Compute ECUs
- Act as project owner and demonstrate a complete understanding of software projects
- Responsible for providing detailed technical specification and accurate project level estimates for engineering effort

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
- Degree in electrical engineering or computer science with electronics background
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Automotive or related industries in complex software engineering projects
- Experience in in software development for vehicle bus communication and high speed interfaces
- Experience with EE architecture and various SW configuration - Autosar experience is beneficial
- Knowledge of automotive functional safety requirements (ISO26262), Cyber Security and Automotive Spice
- Fluent in English, extensive experience in both written and spoken; German is beneficial
