You will be responsible for:* Liaising between our creative team and our staffing partners to forecast contingent resourcing needs* Partnering with Assignment Managers on resourcing requests* Screening Candidates for core competencies * Collaborating with staffing agencies to fill resource needs for project roles* Maintaining a database of current and upcoming assignments* Connecting with internal teams to effectively onboard and offboard contingent workers* Report on program metrics for purposes of quarterly and annual planning and ad hoc as requested* Partner with Program Lead to source Managed Service Provider(s) and other staffing solutions* Partner with Program Lead to source alternative staffing suppliers* Liase with in-market HR Legal and Talent Mobility teams to ensure compliance to corporate policies and practices* Work with Program lead to document and evangelize program details / changes as applicable for International markets
