You will learn the domain of digital intelligence while acquiring a good perception of our business objectives.

You will take full ownership of leading a team in delivering features from design through implementation, and you will be working together with stakeholders and other team leaders in order to bring great value to our customers.

As we modernize our tech stack, you will need to bring your experience to the whiteboard while we set our target architecture and future tech roadmap.

Responsible for the full development lifecycle from design to production phase.

• 7+ years of experience, At least 3 years of experience leading a Backend development team.
• At least 5 years of experience as a developer.
• Proven success delivering high-quality distributed systems with complex requirements in an Agile environment.
• Proficiency in C#.
• Experience in Microservices architecture.
• Experience with building AWS/Azure cloud-based systems.
• Excellent critical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective time management skills.
• Good collaboration and managerial skills.
• Superb communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Knowledge of Postgres and Elastic Search – an advantage.
