You will focus on the evaluation, design, customization and optimization of Digital and Cloud based solutions. You will team with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and deliver solutions that will bring our client’s digital vision and strategy to life.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years of related work experience
  • 3 or more years of significant experience within MES/manufacturing industry and extensive experience within the following: performing MES business requirements analysis and specifications, system design, application software configuration, development, testing, installation, start-up, and maintenance and providing guidance for, system integration and application design, architecture development and support for MES platforms including but not limited to Critical Manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience with the Critical Manufacturing MES system
  • Experience designing, configuring, integrating, and testing / validating MES systems within GMP-regulated life science manufacturing environments
  • Prior experience providing design and configuration of computer system solutions in support of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), integration to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Quality Systems.
  • Possess understanding of various methodologies and standards required for project controls.
  • Knowledge within software/systems technology and direct solution development capabilities with an MES platform and (MS SQL).
  • Prior experience developing, implementing and conducting user and administration training as part of the installation process.
  • Experience providing detailed and complex root-cause analysis support and maintenance to systems hardware and software as required.
  • Experience in preparing written reports and technical evaluations, functional specifications, technical documents, proposals and other assignments as required.
  • Possess independent knowledge, skills and experience in computer programming, database design, and software configuration, with majority of skills successfully executed within one or more manufacturing industries.
  • Must be able to demonstrate and communicate understanding of both manufacturing business process execution and computer systems architecture in multiple industries.
  • Requires ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending upon project scope.
  • Willingness to travel to meet client obligations

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics desired; Master’s degree in one of these areas preferred
  • Certification (Modeler, Developer, etc.) for Critical Manufacturing MES highly preferred
  • Certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $101,500 to $186,000. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $121,700 to $211,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
