1st shift (United States of America)Partner with business product owners to analyze business processes and gather requirements on complex business problems. Collaboratively work with system architects, developers, and testers to design and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.


Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

Leads Salesforce.com CRM solution design sessions and is able to drive out functional requirements and design.

Perform configuration in Salesforce of all declarative functionality including complex validation rules, Lightning Record Pages, and Flows.

Document and explain requirements in story format in accordance with best practices.

Lead delivery of medium and high complexity Salesforce projects from initial requirement gathering, design, execution, and testing.

Conduct data exports, analysis and updates using a variety of tools including Dev Console, Workbench, and Data Loader.

Possess and maintain knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including the foundational concepts of the application and the functions contained within.

Collaborates with the test team to generate scenarios/test cases and test scripts, ensuring traceability to all requirements.

1. Bachelor’s Degree and four to seven years of experience or equivalent education and software engineering training or experience
2. In-depth knowledge in information systems and ability to identify, apply, and implement IT best practices
3. Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function
4. Ability to plan and manage projects and solve complex problems by applying best practices
5. Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates. Ability to interpret and convey complex, difficult, or sensitive information


1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related degree and eight years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
2. Knowledge of specific applications, technology platforms, programming languages, systems, or business segments
3. Banking or financial services experience. Knowledge of one or more of the following: Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design with strong analytical and debugging skills


Able to access and interpret client information received from the computer and able to hear and speak with individuals in person and on the phone.Able to work standard office equipment, including PC keyboard and mouse, copy/fax machines, and printers.Able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need.
