Candidate must be able to:
- Deliver projects utilizing gated execution / stage gate
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
- Manage subcontractors and construction workers, delegating tasks as necessary.
- Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of project progress, including reports and documentation.
Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor of Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent years of industry experience
- 5+ years of experience managing projects
- Strong working knowledge of gas piping systems, P&IDs, PFDs, site layout and material take-offs preferred
- Background in natural gas distribution and transmission work preferred
