About the Role
- - - - What the Candidate Will Do ----
- Work with our Marketing, Product and Operations teams to understand and define how content across multiple channels can be generated, distributed and reutilised at scale
- Drive a cross-functional team of Engineers, Applied Scientists and Analysts to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals and ship quality products.
- Develop a vision and roadmap, plan deliverables, design, and launch products
- Clearly communicate plans, insights, data, and results to executives, other product teams, cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, finance
- Evangelize the platforms within global organizations including marketing, ops, product
- Monitor and measure launched products and use data for product refinement
- - - - Basic Qualifications ----
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of product management experience, including launching 0-to-1 products.
- Hands-on experience building or working with AI/ML-based platforms
- Basic understanding of how Marketing Tech (Email, Push, SMS) works.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, prioritize based on business impact, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.

- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an MBA.
- Experience with Content / Digital Marketing / CRM space
- Deep knowledge of the industry trends in Gen AI
