Job Description

. As a Learning and Development Intern, you will play a crucial role in shaping the learning and development initiatives within our organization.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to work on the Learning Management System (LMS) architecture, focusing on enhancing the user experience and optimizing the platform.
• Utilize e-learning creation tools, particularly Articulate or similar software, to develop engaging and interactive e-learning modules that align with the organization's learning objectives.
• Assist in the design and implementation of innovative and effective learning solutions to support the development of our employees.
