The Transaction Execution Group (TEG) provides fixed income deal execution advisory services across all industry groups globally. TEG sits within Fixed Income Capital Markets, and works closely with Corporate & Investment Banking, Legal, Compliance and Risk to oversee the entire documentation and execution process for Investment Grade and Latin American issuers, including pitches, transaction structuring, due diligence investigations, disclosure matters and settlement. As TEG works primarily on live transactions, this is a fast-paced environment and there is significant client interaction involved.
Responsibilities:
As a TEG Analyst, you will work on all aspects of executing fixed income transactions and will work closely with coverage bankers, syndicate, external and internal counsels, internal compliance, auditors and the client to ensure high quality, seamless deal execution. The day–to-day responsibilities will include the following:
Obtaining internal compliance approvals.
Coordinating and drafting internal Commitment Committee materials.
Organization of the due diligence process, including drafting document request lists and due diligence questionnaires.
Work with external and internal counsel to assist in the preparation, negotiation and review of all transaction-related documentation.
Assist with client-driven Q&A and manage risk for the firm.
Preparation of all marketing materials including roadshow slides, rating agency updates and internal marketing memorandums.
Coordinate and assist on roadshows.
Coordinate and assist on all closing procedures including funds transfer and preparing closing documents.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance or closely related areas of Business Administration
Series 79 and 63 licenses
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlines
Education:
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
