Description

Minimum Qualifications
  • 15+ years marketing experience, client or agency side with proven experience in leading, managing and measuring large-scale marketing/commerce initiatives with significant budgets as well as experience in managing a seasoned team of marketers
  • Extensive knowledge (10+ years) of the paid search, affiliate, commerce and social platforms with demonstrated success driving quality and efficient revenue at a large scale
  • Fluent in Chinese Mandarin and English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working for western brands in China
  • Retail and product launch experience
  • Experience in establishing clear goals and success metrics
  • Extraordinary storyteller with strong written and verbal communication skills; strong at building and delivering compelling presentations
  • Able to identify business challenges, use insights, discuss and debate ideas, and develop an informed point of view
