As Vice President of Product Strategy, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation and shape the future of new digital payment products informed by market research, cross-disciplinary ideation, and sound business cases.

Job responsibilities

  • Form trusted partnerships with product leads in order to co-create near-term and multi-year product strategies
  • Perform competitor/industry research and share analyses and insights with the broader team and executives
  • Facilitate ideation sessions with cross-disciplinary stakeholders using innovative methodologies (e.g., design thinking) and tools
  • Quantify the business impact of proposed solutions to inform decision-making and relative prioritization
  • Formulate multi-year product roadmaps factoring in operational and technical considerations
  • Develop presentations to communicate product strategies and drive partner & customer adoption

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 7+ Years of experience in financial services product strategy. product management, and/or management consulting
  • Self-starter with the ability to think strategically, problem-solve and clearly communicate complex ideas to different stakeholder groups
  • Strong analytical skills to develop fact-driven and financially sound recommendations
  • Proven ability to lead and influence large teams of cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience working with new products being actively designed, developed, and implemented
  • Strong knowledge of the product development lifecycle, Agile, and design thinking
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in consumer digital payments (e.g., mobile wallets, online checkout, pay with points, buy now, pay later) strongly preferred
