- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience creating analytics programs at scale through internally built tools or vendor relationships.
- Experience with AI/ML methods and techniques in an academic or industry setting.
Preferred qualifications:
- PhD in Statistics, Operations Research, Bioinformatics, Economics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Experience articulating business questions and using mathematical techniques to arrive at an answer while using available data.
- 12 years of experience in the technology industry as a statistician or data scientist.
- 5 years of experience leading a team of Business or People Analysts.
- Experience in statistical data analysis such as linear models, multivariate analysis, stochastic models, and sampling methods.
- Ability to select the right statistical tools given a data analysis problem.
