Account team Engagement:

  • Engage customers early in the sales cycle, matching needs to SAP Customer Experience and partner solutions, and advising account teams on opportunities based on success probabilities and strategic account positions
  • Manage the business process discovery to provide a foundation for the solution recommendations and support the business capability mapping, technical discoveries, and the case for change.
  • Support new sales and adoption by providing solution-specific expertise and competitive differentiation.
  • Provide expertise to the account team and to the development of the account strategy.
  • Contribute to creation of overall theme and competitive differentiation (value wedges) and execute dry runs.
  • Develop and deliver compelling stories and demonstrations that illustrate differentiated business outcomes, utilizing standard messaging and digital assets throughout the customer journey
  • Collaborate with customers and partners to co-create an agreed-upon SAP vision, aligning messaging and gaining customer trust
  • Ensure world-class customer experiences in critical segments, driving adoption and consumption to maximize customer value
  • Continuously explore and communicate the added value of SAP solutions to each account, supporting the process of value expansion and increased revenue.

Customer Lifecycle Engagement:

  • Effectively transition the deal to on-boarding teams / partner / Field Services/ Customer Success.
  • Drive adoption by continuing to sell the vision and impact of SAP's solutions post-selection.
  • Provide expertise through the customers' successful deployments and realization of value, as required.

What you bring

  • advanced technical or business skills and special knowledge in Customer Experience area (CRM, Service, Commerce and/or Marketing)
  • understanding of the lead-to-cash process, experience with complex Retail process analysis and mapping is a plus
  • individuals with a customer focus have developed the acumen to cultivate and develop lasting customer relations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while being self-motivated to take initiative
  • Ability to engage through storytelling
  • Fluency in French and English
  • at least 5 years experience with increasing amount of responsibility
