Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and conduct hands-on functional and reliability testing of complete systems and individual components.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret test data using data acquisition systems and software tools such as Python and Matlab.
• Based on collected data and information, determine if specifications, regulations, customers’ expectations, and acceptance criteria are satisfied – According to automotive standards
• Prepare and deliver detailed technical reports, presenting test results and conclusions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform Failure Analysis investigations, diagnose failed components and find the root cause for the failure
• Improve existing Python tools and scripts to automate the work.

• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field / equivalent experienced Practical engineer.
• At least 2 years of experience in product validation or similar
• Failure Analysis experience – Preferred
• Experience with analyzing collected data using Python scripts / Matlab
• Experience in operating lab equipment - Advantage
• Writing Python scripts – Advantage
• Great team player, highly motivated.
• Fluency in English
