Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage the demand for Offensive Security testing in alignment with program timelines and resource capacity.

• Oversee quality control processes across all Offensive Security testing channels and ensure stringent adherence to set guidelines including updating all relevant documentation (e.g., Service Catalog, Playbooks).

• Prepare and present regular reports on the progress, outcomes, and efficiency of Offensive testing processes.

• Foster and maintain strong engagement with internal stakeholders, ensuring their interests and concerns are addressed.

• Oversee the implementation of Agile methodologies in cybersecurity operations.

• Continually assess and improve cybersecurity testing strategies to align with organizational goals.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration within the team.

• Create communication plans, training materials, knowledge base articles, and reports.

• Gather feedback from key stakeholders for continuous improvement of services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing Offensive Security or red team testing processes, and with deep understanding of red team knowledge and red team program execution.

• Strong business and risk management acumen, including budgeting and financial management skills.

• Proficient in quality control and process optimization in cybersecurity.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent reporting and engagement skills.

• Experience with Agile methodologies.

• Effective communication and decision-making abilities.

• Deep proficiency in writing technical documents and maintaining a vast inventory of subject matter knowledge (e.g., maintaining SOPs for each OSO team lead).

• Profound knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and programmatic metric reporting, the integration of Offensive Security Operations at an enterprise level.

• Thorough knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, threats, vulnerabilities, and preventive measures.

• Understanding of Agile operations and project management methodologies.

• Strong understanding of quality control principles and their application in cybersecurity.

• Deep knowledge of program evaluation and design.

• Experience with cybersecurity offensive testing tools and software.

• Comprehensive understanding of latest cybersecurity trends and regulations.

• Relevant certifications such as the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and Project Management Professional (PMP), Portfolio Management (PfMP) Certification, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Scaled Agile Framework Product Owner/Product Manager (SAFe PO/PM).
