Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, media, or working with advertising agencies.
Experience leading sales organizations and delivering business performance.
Experience in people management.

Experience in enterprise sales across Advertising, Media, Digital marketing, Consulting, Technology, BFSI industry.
Ability to thrive and foster a collaborative and positive work environment and inspire/influence teams to act as trusted advisors to large enterprise clients and deliver differentiated value.
Ability to optimize new business by presenting media solutions to customers and prospects, strong communication skills to engage C-level and provide executive account coverage.
Entrepreneurial and strategic problem-solving skills, including ability to initiate and lead regional strategic cross-functional projects to support mid/long-term business goals and customer experience.
Excellent leadership, influencing, organization, communication, people, and teamwork skills.
