We act as trusted advisers, delivering comprehensive tax advisory services that include:

  • Tax-efficient value extraction and creation
  • Reorganisations and transactions
  • International tax advisory
  • Ongoing maintenance of client tax structures

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Drive business development and identify new opportunities
  • Manage the delivery of complex and demanding tax consulting projects
  • Ensure technical excellence and a practical, business-driven approach
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor junior team members
  • Contribute to team initiatives, including training, retention, and development

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • Client-focused with strong strategic and commercial awareness
  • Excellent tax technical expertise
  • Proven relationship management and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Confident negotiator, able to articulate and defend opinions effectively
  • Demonstrated business development experience
  • Strong time management and ability to perform under pressure
  • Project management skills with a focus on delivery and budget control
  • Experience advising a range of clients (AIM-listed, PE-backed, family-owned, and OMBs)
  • Creative and pragmatic problem-solver

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

  • ACA / CTA / Tax Inspectors qualification (with full technical training), Law qualification, or equivalent tax specialist qualification
  • Strong tax technical and business development skills
  • Experience coaching and developing junior staff
