Key job responsibilities
• Understand the vision, direction and culture of Regulatory Intelligence Safety and Compliance;
• Define reporting requirements related dashboards to enable an integrated approach covering the team reporting needs. Build a reporting framework to help management understand challenges and risks faced around compliance;
• Retrieve and analyze data using SQL, Excel, Access and other data management systems;
• Visualize reports using different tools including Quicksight and other tools if needed;
• Drive the development of quantitative models necessary for evaluation and implementation for resource and cost reduction, as well as process improvement;
• Monitor existing metrics and partnering with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities;
• Design and implement reporting solutions that enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
- 3+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience
- 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience partnering with executive-level leaders to identifying and solving business issues
