This position will beresponsible for coordinating the input of various key internal and externalstakeholders, they must have good communications skills. The Program Specialistwill typically own the coordination of the design and engineering submittal inSI, HVAC, BEMS, Security, Energy or Fire applications projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the successful project implementation by coordinating and monitoring on-site work activities performed primarily through subcontractors.
• Assist with the management of the overall relationship with the customer including technical or logistical issues that may arise with the implementation of the project plan
• Interface with the customer to manage subcontractors efficiently and effectively complete the project on time and with a satisfied customer
• Good communication skills are required as this person will interact with the sub-contractors and the owner’s representative/end-use facility operators
• Keep project on schedule, adhere to quality control and within budget
• Piping, Wiring, Instrument installation, Connection &commissioning for Automatic control system

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experiences
• 5+ years of project management & engineering experiences in building control system including IBS, BEMS, BMS, HVAC, Security, etc.
• Excellent computer skills
• Knowledge of networking, database technology and trends in IT would be highly advantageous.
• Business-level English communication is a plus in both verbal and written form.
