Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze digital transformation requirements, including CRM support, web ecosystem management, and digital marketing support.

2. Coordinate with various teams to gather and document business requirements, using techniques such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis.

3. Utilize industry best practices to design and implement IT solutions that align with business objectives and promote digital transformation.

4. Participate in the development and maintenance of project plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and cost estimates for digital transformation initiatives.

5. Conduct impact assessments to evaluate the effects of proposed changes to the web ecosystem and local applications.

7. Provide guidance and support to business users in the effective use of IT systems and tools.

8. Develop and maintain documentation, including business process models, requirement specifications, and system configuration details.

9. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to digital transformation, CRM, web ecosystem, and digital marketing support.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a focus on digital transformation, CRM support, web ecosystem, and digital marketing initiatives.

3. Strong understanding of CRM systems, web technologies, digital marketing platforms, and local applications.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
