Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for electrical OEM materials application development and technical service to support OEM Korea business growth;

• Capture the new VOC from key accounts to develop new opportunity

• Lead the product modification based on VOC by spec-in at key account design centers in Power E

• Catch/Support Auto E Penetration through key account application

• Strengthen our customer relationship with R&D engineers by connecting 3M technology

• Potential be Country AE Leader role to close/improvecommunication/alignmentwith business team

• Potential could lead GMTT as Power E leader and support technical communication with Asia/Global team

• Track industry technology and market trends, generate more opportunities and idea hoppers, even NPI projects

Qualification

• B.S. degree or above, major in polymer science, material, chemical, or adjacent domains;

• 5+ years of working experience on Application Development and Technical Service in electrical OEM customers is prefer;

• Be capable to lead and drive customer projects independently;

• Strong industry and application knowledge in transformer or motor is plus;

• Good communication skills and strong hands-on working capability;

• Fluent verbal and written English;

• Willingness to business travels.

• Fluent oral and written English;

• Electronics industry relate working skill

• Key Account support skill
