Define and implement a comprehensive traceability methodology for all NPI products, covering all production stages, from raw materials to final assembly and testing.
Ensure a consistent and structured traceability process that enables real-time access to product data for quality assurance, failure analysis, and continuous improvement.
Lead the development and deployment of information systems and automation tools to support and streamline the traceability process, including capabilities for predictive quality.
Collaborate with global manufacturing sites, contract manufacturers (CMs), and internal teams to align traceability practices and maintain process consistency.
Drive traceability excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-mix production environment.
What we need to see:
5+ years of experience in traceability systems, manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, or NPI roles within high-volume electronics or hardware manufacturing environments.
Bachelor’s degree (and above) in Industrial Engineering, Process, Materials, or Quality Engineering (or related technical field).
Proven experience in defining and implementing traceability methodologies across multi-stage production processes. Strong understanding of manufacturing flows, including SMT, AOI, lot control, and operator/machine data tracking.
Experience with systems and tools such as MES, traceability platforms, or shop floor systems; a strong advantage if combined with data analysis, automation tools, or predictive quality initiatives.
Hands-on experience working with global contract manufacturers (CMs) and suppliers.
Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Fluency in English is essential for working in a global environment.
