We have an immediate need for an experience Electrical Design Engineer specialising in Building Services Engineering and with some experience of Rail and Airport buildings. This role will work on a very high profile project and reports to a Regional MEP Lead. You’ll need to be able to demonstrate professionalism and an inquisitive approach, showing a desire to explore innovative ideas while still understanding the need for a good commercial balance.
This role is based on a Hybrid basis from our London Bridge head office.
- Education to Degree Standard in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience and knowledge
- MCIBSE / IET accreditation or working towards
- Experience of working within a Building Services Engineering Design Consultancy
- Experience of Rail and Aviation building projects
- Working knowledge of AutoCad & Revit MEP
- Experience of Electrical Design software such as Stabicad, ETAP (and the interpretation of results)
- Knowledge and experience of UK regulations
- Sustainable technology integration knowledge and experience.
- Good communication skills
- Project Management experience
- An enquiring approach with a desire to explore innovative ideas whilst still understanding the need for a good commercial balance
