Oracle C2M/CC&B Designer/Developer – Manager

Your key responsibilities

You will focus on the development, customization and optimization of Oracle Utilities software within the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF). This includes designing and developing Java, Groovy, and application scripting objects with supporting configuration for the application to meet the client requirements.

Tasks may include

  • Lead or assist with management of the RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements) development effort

  • Create Functional and Technical Designs for RICE objects

  • Assist with base and custom configuration

  • Assist with requirement gathering and analysis activities

  • Develop RICE objects

  • Review RICE object designs and development

  • Assist and mentor resources with design and development of RICE objects

  • Conduct Unit testing

  • Assist with the code management process

  • Assist with other testing activities

  • Defect triage, analysis, and resolution

Develops long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, mathematics desired

  • Certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred

  • Additional languages (e.g., Python, C++, Ruby, Scala) a plus

  • Proven track record of 8+ years designing and developing within the Oracle Utilities Application Framework using Java, Groovy, and/or application scripting.

  • Experience and knowledge of Oracle Utilities products’ data model

  • Proven Oracle Utilities product implementation knowledge

  • Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with customers, across different departments and levels within the company

  • Proficient knowledge of information technology and business consulting practice

  • Superior skills include business analysis, process facilitation, change management, creative and critical thinking, superior written and verbal communications, technical writing, problem solving, presentations, and public speaking

  • Handle multiple assignments within a fast-paced environment with potential conflicting schedules.

  • Positive, “can do” attitude and ability to work in a team environment

  • Willingness to travel up to 80%, valid driver’s license

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,400. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,100 to $267,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
