Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and empower the qualityengineering team, setting an unwavering standard of excellence.
  • Undertake the development andimplementation of advanced quality control processes and procedures.
  • Engage in the continuous monitoringand analysis of intricate quality performance metrics.
  • Collaborate seamlessly withcross-functional teams to spearhead and steer continuous improvementinitiatives throughout the organization.
  • Guarantee and maintain strictcompliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Take a proactive, hands-on approachin customer complaint management.
  • Offer the quality engineering teamadvanced technical guidance and support.

MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor’sdegree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such asscience, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • 8+ years of experience in themanufacturing industry, demonstrating your understanding of the unique qualitychallenges in this sector.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and mentora team to achieve ambitious quality goals.
  • Advanced knowledge of quality controlmethodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Advanced collaboration and teamworkskills.
  • A proven track record in qualityengineering and management.
WE VALUE
  • Master’sdegree preferred.
  • Certification in project management,such as PMP (Project Management Professional).
  • Additional certifications in qualitymanagement, such as Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), orCertified Reliability Engineer (CRE).
  • Proficiency in advanced quality toolsand methodologies, such as Design of Experiments (DOE), Failure Mode andEffects Analysis (FMEA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Proficiency in change managementmethodologies.
